ថ្ងៃស្អែក ត្រូវជាថ្ងៃពុធ ២៩ សីហា ខ្ញុំនឹងទៅដល់ទីក្រុង Phoenix រដ្ឋ Arizona សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដើម្បីទៅគោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ លោក John McCain សមាជិកព្រឹទ្ធសភា សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដែលជាឥស្សរជនអាមេរិកាំង ដែលខ្ញុំគោរពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បំផុត។ សម្រាប់ខ្ញុំ លោក John McCain គឺជាគំរូនៃមនុស្សប្រកបដោយកិត្តិយស ដែលមានគោលការណ៍ច្បាស់លាស់ ហ៊ាននិយាយការពិត ហើយហ៊ានតស៊ូដើម្បីការពារបុព្វហេតុត្រឹមត្រូវ និងយុត្តិធម៌។ ខ្ញុំដឹងគុណលោក John McCain មួយជីវិតរបស់ខ្ញុំ ពីព្រោះលោកបានគាំទ្របុព្វហេតុលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ នៅកម្ពុជា ក្នុងគ្រាដ៏លំបាកបំផុត។

He was, in my eyes, the perfect example of a man of principle. I owe John McCain an eternal debt for having supported the cause of democracy in Cambodia in its darkest moments.
