ក្នុងនាមគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដែលបានទទួលសំឡេងសន្លឹកឆ្នោត ៤៤% (សល់ពីគេលួច) ក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោតថ្នាក់ជាតិ ឆ្នាំ ២០១៣ និងថ្នាក់ឃុំ-សង្កាត់ ឆ្នាំ ២០១៧ ខ្ញុំ សម រង្ស៊ី សូមគាំទ្របេក្ខភាពលោក ទៀ សីហា ជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី សម្រាប់អាណត្តិរដ្ឋសភាទី ៧ គឺពីឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ ដល់ ២០២៨។

ប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរ ដែលចង់បានសេរីភាព និងយុត្តិធម៌ ត្រូវតែរួបរួមគ្នា ជុំវិញលោក ទៀ សីហា, លោក ទៀ បាញ់ និងលោក ទៀ វិញ ដើម្បីជម្រុញឲ្យមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ តាមបែបបទប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ គឺដោយអហិង្សា និងសន្តិវិធី តាមរយៈការបោះឆ្នោត ដោយសេរី និងយុត្តិធម៌។

ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបែបនេះ នឹងនាំឲ្យប្រទេសកម្ពុជា មានអ្នកដឹកនាំថ្មី ដែលមិនមែនជាបនឃាតករ, ជនមហាសែនពុករលួយបំផ្លាញជាតិ និងជនក្បត់ជាតិ ដូចលោក ហ៊ុន សែន និងក្រុមគ្រួសារគាត់។

(*) Tea Seiha for Prime Minister

On behalf of the opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) which collected 44% of the popular vote (in spite of massive fraud in favor of the ruling party) at both the 2013 national election and the 2017 commune election, I, Sam Rainsy, declare my support for Tea Seiha as Prime Minister for the 7th term of the National Assembly, from 2023 to 2028.

The Cambodian people who want freedom and justice must unite around Tea Seiha, Tea Banh and Tea Vinh in order to bring about a democratic change in the country's leadership through peaceful and non-violent means, meaning free and fair elections.

Such a change will promote a new leadership which is not made up of murderers, desperately corrupt people and traitors to the nation such as Hun Sen and his family.
