Why is Hun Sen happy with Cambodia becoming a Chinese colony? (*)

ហេតុអ្វីបានជា ហ៊ុន សែន សប្បាយចិត្តឲ្យកម្ពុជា ក្លាយទៅជាអាណានិគមរបស់ចិន?

១- ហ៊ុន សែន ខ្ចីលុយពីចិនច្រើនពេក (រាប់ពាន់លានដុល្លារ) យកមកប្រព្រឹត្តអំពើពុករលួយ ហើយគាត់គ្មានអ្វីសងទៅចិនវិញ ក្រៅពីប្រគល់ទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ឲ្យទៅម្ចាស់បំណុល។
២- ហ៊ុន សែន ដឹងខ្លួនថា ប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរ មានទាំងកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធផងដែរ ត្រៀមងើបឈរប្រឆាំងរបបផ្តាច់ការសព្វថ្ងៃ ហើយ ហ៊ុន សែន ត្រូវការឲ្យមានវត្តមានកម្លាំងចិនកាន់តែច្រើន ដើម្បីការពារអំណាចគាត់ ដោយត្រៀមបង្ក្រាបកម្លាំងខ្មែរស្នេហាជាតិ ដែលទាមទារលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ សេរីភាព និងយុត្តិធម៌ ដោយផ្តួលរំលំរបប ហ៊ុន សែន សព្វថ្ងៃ។

សន្និដ្ឋាន ៖ ឥឡូវនេះ ហ៊ុន សែន ជ្រុលក្បាលក្រពើទៅហើយ មិនអាចដកខ្លួនចេញពីកណ្តាប់ដៃចិនបានទេ ហើយចិនក៏ជ្រុលក្បាលក្រពើទៅហើយនៅស្រុកខ្មែរ មិនព្រមដកខ្លួនចេញពីកម្ពុជាបានទេ ដរាបណា ហ៊ុន សែន នៅតែកាន់អំណាច។ អ្វីដែលចិនចង់បានជាងគេពីកម្ពុជា គឺមូលដ្ឋានយោធា (សម្រាប់កងទ័ពជើងទឹក និងជើងអាកាសរបស់ចិន) នៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ និងខេត្តកោះកុង ដើម្បីគំរាមកំហែង ឬឈ្លានពានប្រទេសជិតខាង តទៅទៀត។

ដើម្បីឲ្យចិនដកមូលដ្ឋានយោធារបស់ខ្លួនចេញពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឬក៏បញ្ឈប់ការសាងសង់មូលដ្ឋានទាំងនោះ ហើយដើម្បីឲ្យកម្ពុជា ប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវអព្យាក្រិតភាពរបស់ខ្លួន តាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ឆ្នាំ ១៩៩១ ប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរនិងសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ ត្រូវតែដក ហ៊ុន សែន ចេញពីតំណែង ជាបន្ទាន់។

(*) Why is Hun Sen happy with Cambodia becoming a Chinese colony?

1- Hun Sen has borrowed too much money (billions of dollars) from China to indulge in government corruption and his only option now is to repay his astronomical debt with portions of Cambodia's territory.

2- Hun Sen realises that the Cambodian people, including the armed forces, want to put an end to his authoritarian and corrupt regime. He therefore needs an even greater Chinese presence, including a military component, to preserve his absolute power at any cost.

Hun Sen is now too deeply engaged with Beijing to be able to reverse his dangerous pro-China policy while the Chinese feel very comfortable in Cambodia and don't want to change anything as long as Hun Sen is in power. What China wants most from Cambodia are military facilities in the maritime provinces of Preah Sihanouk and Koh Kong so as to bully and/or attack neighbouring countries.

To ensure China’s military withdrawal and for Cambodia to enforce strict neutrality as stipulated in the 1991 Peace Agreements, the Cambodian people and the law-abiding international community must work to put an end to the Hun Sen regime.
