កម្ពុជា​បានក្លាយ​ជា​កន្លែង​លាក់​បាំង​ឧក្រិដ្ឋជន​ ដែល​មាន ហ៊ុន សែន ជា​អ្នក​កាពារនិងជាអ្នកបើកដៃ។ ប្រជាជនខ្មែរចាញ់បោកគេគ្រប់រូបភាព អ្នក​មាន​ក៏​ចាញ់​បោកគេ អ្នកមធ្យមក៏​ចាញ់​បោកគេ អ្នកក្រក៏​ចាញ់​បោកគេ។

គ្រួសារត្រកូល ហ៊ុន គឺជាអ្នកនៅពីក្រោយ និងការពារមេ​បោកប្រាស់ទាំងនោះ។ លោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត និយាយថា​​រក្សា​ទុកមេមាន់ (មេ​បោក​ប្រាស់) សម្រាប់​យក​ពង គឺគេទុកឱ្យប្រជាជនខ្មែរបាត់បង់លុយកាក់ ផ្ទះសម្បែង រហូតដល់បាត់បង់អាយុជីវិត។

Cambodia has transformed into a sanctuary for criminals, with Hun Sen acting as their protector and enabler. The Khmer people are exploited across all socioeconomic levels: the rich, the middle class, and the poor.

The Hun family is complicit in and shields these fraudsters. Mr. Hun Manet has remarked that nurturing these scammers, akin to keeping hens to lay eggs, results in Cambodians losing their finances, homes, and even their lives.
