បណ្ដឹង ស ខេង ប្រឆាំង សម រង្ស៊ី / SAR KHENG’S LAWSUIT AGAINST SAM RAINSY

ស ខេង ប្តឹង សម រង្ស៊ី ក្រោយពី សម រង្ស៊ី ចោទប្រកាន់ថា ហ៊ុន សែន ជាអ្នកសម្លាប់ ហុក ឡង់ឌី ថែមទាំងលើកឡើងថា កូនប្រុសច្បង ហុក ឡង់ឌី ឈ្មោះ ឌី វិជ្ជា អាចមានគម្រោងសងសឹកបិតាគាត់ ដែលត្រូវបាន ហ៊ុន សែន សម្លាប់ ដោយលួចដាក់គ្រាប់បែក ក្នុងឧទ្ធម្ភាគចក្រ ហុក ឡង់ឌី កាលពីឆ្នាំ ២០០៨។

អ្វីដែលចម្លែកមែនទែន ក្នុងរឿងនេះ ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធមន្ត្រីគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា គឺ ហ៊ុន សែន មិនបានប្តឹងខ្ញុំទេ ពីបទ "បរិហាកេរ្តិ៍" ឬ "ញុះញង់ឲ្យប្រព្រឹត្តបទឧក្រិដ្ឋ" ទោះបីខ្ញុំបានចោទប្រកាន់ ហ៊ុន សែន ចំៗថា ជាអ្នករៀបចំ "គ្រោះថ្នាក់ក្លែងក្លាយ" ដែលបណ្តាលឲ្យ ហុក ឡង់ឌី ស្លាប់ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០០៨។ នេះជាការចោទប្រកាន់ចម្បងរបស់ខ្ញុំ។ ជាបន្ទាប់បន្សំ ខ្ញុំក៏បានលើកឡើងថា ឌី វិជ្ជា អាចមានគម្រោងសងសឹកបិតាគាត់ តែ ឌី វិជ្ជា ក៏មិនបានប្តឹងខ្ញុំដែរ ដោយរក្សាភាពស្ងៀមស្ងាត់។ ខ្ញុំបានសន្និដ្ឋានថា បើ ឌី វិជ្ជា រៀបចំគម្រោងសងសឹកបិតាគាត់នោះមែន ស ខេង ច្បាស់ជាគាំទ្រ ឌី វិជ្ជា ហើយ។ តែទាំង ហ៊ុន សែន ទាំង ឌី វិជ្ជា អត់ហ៊ានប្តឹងខ្ញុំទេ ដោយរក្សាភាពស្ងៀមស្ងាត់ទាំងពីរនាក់។

មានតែ ស ខេង ម្នាក់ឯងគត់ ដែលស្ថិតនៅចុងកន្ទុយរឿងនេះ ដែលចេញមុខប្តឹងខ្ញុំ។ ស ខេង ចេញមុខប្តឹងខ្ញុំ ដោយសារតែគាត់ធ្វើតាមបញ្ជា ហ៊ុន សែន ដែលបានប្រាប់គាត់ថា ៖ "បើ ស ខេង ឯងមិនប្តឹង សម រង្ស៊ី ទេ មានន័យថា ស ខេង ឯង ចាំតែរកឱកាស ដើម្បីកម្ចាត់ខ្ញុំមែន ដូចអ្វីដែល សម រង្ស៊ី បានលើកឡើងនោះ"។ ដូច្នេះ បណ្តឹងរបស់ ស ខេង នេះ គ្រាន់តែឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីភាពតានតឹង ក្នុងជួរគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

What is most inconsistent on the part of the CPP is the fact that Hun Sen doesn't file any complaint for "defamation" or "incitement" against me even though I have clearly accused him of being the mastermind of the "accidental" death of Hok Lundy in 2008. This is my central and first accusation. My subsequent allegation is about Hok Lundy's eldest son Dy Vichea possibly planning to avenge his father. Neither has Dy Vichea lodged any complaint against me as he remains silent. I concluded that if Dy Vichea were to effectively considering avenging his father, then Sar Kheng would back him. But both Hun Sen and Dy Vichea remain silent. 

Only Sar Kheng has chosen to file this far-fetched lawsuit against me. He does so because he is forced to by Hun Sen. The prime minister must have told Sar Kheng: "If you don't attack Sam Rainsy before the court, it means that you are effectively seeking any opportunity to topple me, as Sam Rainsy claims." Therefore, this lawsuit formally initiated by Sar Kheng does no more than reflect internal tensions within the CPP.
