ភស្តុតាងរកឃើញហើយ ដែលបញ្ជាក់ថា ឃ្លាំង ហួត ជាអ្នករៀបចំការធ្វើឃាត លើជនជាតិថៃឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន់ ឆាឡឺម សាតស័ក្តិសិទ្ធ (Wanchalearm Satsaksit) ក្នុងទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ នៅឆ្នាំ ២០២០ ផង និង លើរូបលោក លឹម គឹមយ៉ា នៅទីក្រុងបាងកក កាលពីថ្ងៃ ០៧ មករា ២០២៥ ផង។ ជាពិសេស អ្នកស៊ើបអង្កេតឯករាជ្យ បានឲ្យដឹងថា សារសំឡេង ហ៊ុន សែន ផ្ញើឲ្យ ឃ្លាំង ហួត កាលពីខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ជាសារសំឡេង ហ៊ុន សែន ពិតប្រាកដ ដែលបានបញ្ជាទៅ ឃ្លាំង ហួត ផ្ទាល់ ហើយ ឃ្លាំង ហួត បានបញ្ជូនសារសំលេងនេះ ទៅឲ្យកូនចៅគាត់ ៤-៥ នាក់ ទាំងនៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ទាំងនៅទីក្រុងបាងកក។ សារនេះ ដែលបញ្ជាឲ្យចាប់ ឬសម្លាប់ សកម្មជនគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ឈ្មោះ ផន ផាន់ណា នៅទីក្រុងបាងកក ត្រូវបានបែកធ្លាយភ្លាម ពេលនោះ ពីសំណាក់កូនចៅ ឃ្លាំង ហួត ម្នាក់ ដែលយើងសូមមិនបញ្ចេញឈ្មោះ ដោយបារម្ភពីសុវត្ថិភាពរបស់សាម៉ីខ្លួន។

ដោយសារតែការឆោឡោនេះ ឃ្លាំង ហួត បានលុបចោលរូបថតមួយចំនួន នៅលើទំព័រ Facebook របស់គាត់ ដែលទាក់ទងជាមួយឥស្សរជនថៃខ្លះ នៅប្រទេសថៃ។ ការឆោឡោនេះ បានរាលដាលទៅដល់ប្រទេសថៃ ដែលធ្វើឲ្យមិត្តភក្តិ ហ៊ុន សែន ខ្លះ មានការព្រួយបារម្ភយ៉ាងខ្លាំង។

Evidence has surfaced implicating Khleang Huot in the murder of Thai national Wanchalearm Satsaksit in Phnom Penh in 2020, as well as the killing of Lim Kimya in Bangkok on January 7, 2025. Independent investigators have confirmed the authenticity of a voice message Hun Sen sent to Khleang Huot in September 2024. In this message, Hun Sen allegedly ordered Huot to pass instructions to four or five of his associates in both Phnom Penh and Bangkok, calling for the capture or assassination of CNRP activist Phon Phan in Bangkok. The message was leaked immediately by one of Khleang Huot’s own relatives, whose identity remains undisclosed for the safety of his wife.

Following the leak, Khleang Huot quickly deleted several photos from his Facebook page that showed him interacting with Thai dignitaries. The revelation has since spread to Thailand, raising concerns among Hun Sen’s allies.
