អ្នកគាំទ្រគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា មានតែ ២៩ ភាគរយទេ ក្នុងចំណោមប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ដែលមានសិទ្ធិបោះឆ្នោត (អាយុចាប់ពី ១៨ ឆ្នាំឡើងទៅ)។ គ.ជ.ប. បានលួចឈ្មោះពលរដ្ឋ ប្រមាណ ២ លាននាក់ ដែលមិនបានទៅបោះឆ្នោតសោះ យកទៅបំប៉ោងចំនួនអ្នកដែលគេអះអាងថាបានទៅបោះឆ្នោត ធ្វើឲ្យអត្រាក្លែងក្លាយអ្នកបានទៅបោះឆ្នោតប៉ោងរហូតដល់ទៅ ៨៣ ភាគរយ។ តែបើយើងដកឈ្មោះពលរដ្ឋ ២ លាននាក់ ដែលគេលួចឈ្មោះយកទៅប្រើនេះ ចេញពីតួលេខ គ.ជ.ប. ពេលនោះអត្រាអ្នកចូលរួមបោះឆ្នោតពិតប្រាកដ ធ្លាក់មកត្រឹមតែ ៥៩ ភាគរយទេ ដោយគិតទាំងសម្លេងមោឃៈប្រមាណ ១០ ភាគរយផង។ ថែមពីលើនេះទៅទៀត គ.ជ.ប. បានយកឈ្មោះ ២ លាននាក់ ដែលគេលួចនេះ ទៅធ្វើជាសន្លឹកឆ្នោតគាំទ្រ គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។ តែបើយើងដកសន្លឹកឆ្នោតលួច ២ លាននេះ ចេញពីចំនួនសន្លឹកឆ្នោត ដែល គ.ជ.ប. ដាក់ឲ្យគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ពេលនោះ យើងនឹងឃើញថា សម្លេងគាំទ្រគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា មានតែ ២៩ ភាគរយ ក្នុងចំណោមពលរដ្ឋដែលមានសិទ្ធិបោះឆ្នោត។ ២៩ ភាគរយនេះ បូកបញ្ជូលទាំងសន្លឹកឆ្នោត ដែលបានមកពីការទិញ និងការសម្លុត។ សូមចូលមើលតារាងតួលេខខាងក្រោមនេះ។ គ.ជ.ប. ប្រើល្បិចទុច្ចរិតគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង ពីព្រោះស្ថាប័ននេះ ស្ថិតក្រោមបញ្ជាគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទាំងស្រុង ក្រោយពីគេបានរំលាយគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ហើយក៏មិនមានអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អព្យាក្រិត និងឯករាជ្យណាម្នាក់ ឬភ្នាក់ងារគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិណាម្នាក់ អាចចូលរួមឃ្លាំមើលការបោះឆ្នោតក្លែងក្លាយ កន្លងទៅនេះ បានឡើយ។ ឥឡូវ គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ទទួលបានកៅអី ១២៥ លើ ១២៥ ព្រោះតែ គ.ជ.ប. លួចឲ្យ ជ្រុលដៃ គិតមិនទាន់។ អាក្រក់មើលមែន។

(*) REAL RESULTS OF THE 29 JULY 2018 FAKE ELECTION
Only 29% of citizens of legal voting right (age 18 and over) support the ruling CPP. The CPP-controlled electoral commission called the NEC stole some 2 million names from citizens who did not go to vote to inflate the participation rate, which skyrocketed to 83% in spite of the banning of the only credible opposition party called the CNRP. But if we take out these 2 million names the real participation rate falls to 59%, including approximately 10% of spoiled ballots (representing a form of protest against this fake election along with outright boycott as called for by the CNRP). Furthermore, the NEC killed two birds with one stone: besides artificially inflating voter turnout with the above fake 2 million voter names, it also attributed the corresponding ballots to the CPP, thus giving the ruling party a resounding victory. The CPP effectively won all the 125 parliamentary seats, a 100% victory typical of communist or authoritarian countries. But if we exclude these 2 million fake ballots, support for the CPP only represents 29% of the number of citizens with legal voting rights. Please look at the details in the chart below. The NEC was able to play all sorts of tricks because, after the forceful dissolution of the CNRP, the election body was placed under the absolute control of the CPP. There were no independent and credible observers and no CNRP representatives to monitor this election.
