លោក សម រង្ស៊ី អំពាវនាវទៅកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធស្នេហាជាតិ ឲ្យរើបម្រះខ្លួន ហើយផ្តាច់ខ្លួន ពីរបបផ្តាច់ការ និងក្បត់ជាតិ ហ៊ុន សែន ដើម្បីទៅចូលរួមជាមួយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ដែលនឹងងើបឈរជាធ្លុងមួយ ទាមទារសេរីភាព យុត្តិធម៌ និងលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃ ០៩ វិច្ឆិកា ២០១៩ ទៅ។

Sam Rainsy appeals to the patriotic armed forces to free themselves and defect the dictatorial and traitorous Hun Sen regime and join the CNRP-led population who will rise up on 9 November 2019. In this appeal, Sam Rainsy denounces the corruption and injustice prevailing in the armed forces under the current regime.
