Appeal to the patriotic armed forces. "When Sam Rainsy returns to Cambodia on 9 November 2019 the patriotic armed forces must come out to defend and support the Cambodian people who will rise up to get rid of national traitor HunSen. The patriotic armed forces must help to topple Hun Sen because he is destroying our country and selling it to colonial China. Toppling the illegal Hun Sen regime is a legal and legitimate act because Hun Sen is an usurper who has stolen power from the people through a fake election in 2018."
