មិនមែនជារដ្ឋប្រហារទេ តែជា អំណាចប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ / It’s not a coup but People Power (*)

ហ៊ុន សែន កំពុងតែរកលេស ដើម្បីរារាំងមាតុភូមិនិវត្តន៍ដោយសន្តិវិធីរបស់ សម រង្ស៊ី ដែលគាត់ភ័យខ្លាចជាទីបំផុត។

មាតុភូមិនិវត្តន៍របស់លោក សម រង្ស៊ី ថ្ងៃ ០៩ វិច្ឆិកា ២០១៩ នេះ គឺដើម្បីបំផុស “អំណាចប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ” នៅកម្ពុជា ដូចព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ ដ៏អស្ចារ្យ ជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ ដែលបានកើតឡើងនៅប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីន ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៨៦។ "អំណាចប្រជាពលដ្ឋ" នេះ មិនមែនជាបដិវត្តន៍ពណ៌ ហើយក៏មិនមែនជារដ្ឋប្រហារ ដូចអ្វីដែលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន អះអាងនោះទេ។ "អំណាចប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ" គឺជាការប្រមូលផ្តុំប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរាប់លាននាក់ ដែលរដ្ឋអំណាចមិនអនុញ្ញាតិឲ្យចូលរួមការបោះឆ្នោតត្រឹមត្រូវ ហើយដែលសម្រេចចេញមុខតវ៉ាដើម្បីជម្រុញឲ្យមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ តាមបែបបទប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ដោយអហិង្សា និងស្របច្បាប់ ពីព្រោះជាការប្រើសិទ្ធិស្របច្បាប់របស់ពលរដ្ឋម្នាក់ៗ ក្នុងការសម្តែងមតិ និង ការប្រមូលផ្តុំគ្នាដោយសន្តិវិធី។ "អំណាចប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ" គឺដើម្បីបង្ខំឲ្យជនផ្តាច់ការចុះចេញពីតំណែង ហើយចាកចេញពីប្រទេស ដូចជនផ្តាច់ការ ហ្វេឌីណង់ ម៉ាកូស (Ferdinand Marcos) នៅប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីន ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៨៦ និងជនផ្តាច់ការ ហ៊ុន សែន នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០១៩ នេះ។ សូមមើលវីដេអូនេះ ដែលបង្ហាញពីការដួលរលំ នៃរបបផ្តាច់ការដ៏សាហាវមួយ ដោយគ្មានការបង្ហូរឈាមឡើយ ៖

Hun Sen is just looking for a pretext to block Sam Rainsy’s peaceful return which he is most afraid of.
Sam Rainsy's repatriation on 9 November 2019 is intended to create People Power in Cambodia on the model of the unprecedented and historic events that took place in the Philippines in 1986. People Power is not a "colour revolution" nor a "coup" as Hun Sen pretends. It's an extraordinary gathering of millions of citizens who are denied the right to take part in a genuine election under a dictatorship and who, therefore, have no choice but to peacefully rise up to push for a democratic change in a non-violent and legal way by using their freedoms of expression and assembly. People Power is meant to force a dictator to step down and leave the country as was the case of Ferdinand Marcos in the Philippines in 1986. Hun Sen is expected to meet the same fate in Cambodia in 2019.
