ក្រៅពីច្បាប់ព្រៃលើបបូរមាត់ ហ៊ុន សែន តើមានច្បាប់ណាស្របស្មារតីរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ ដែលហាមឃាត់ពលរដ្ឋ មិនឲ្យស្រលាញ់ ជឿទុកចិត្ត និងរៀបចំទទួល សម រង្ស៊ី? តើមានច្បាប់ណា ហាមឃាត់ពលរដ្ឋ មិនឲ្យលើកដៃបង្ហាញម្រាមដៃ ៩? អ្នកដែលចង់កាត់ម្រាមដៃគេនោះទេ ដែលត្រូវមានទោស។

(*) Hun Sen threatened to cut off the fingers of opposition supporters who flash a “nine-fingers” hand sign symbolizing November 9, Sam Rainsy’s date of return. There are no laws compatible with Cambodia’s constitution that forbid citizens from loving, trusting and preparing to welcome Sam Rainsy.
