ថ្ងៃ ២៥ និង ២៦ តុលា ២០១៩ នេះ លោក សម រង្សុី ត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញឲ្យចូលរួមក្នុងសមាជទី ៤០ នៃអង្គការនយោបាយ ឈ្មោះ "សម្ព័ន្ធភាពអ្នកសេរីនិយម និងអ្នកប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ សម្រាប់ អឺរ៉ុប" / Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) នៅទីក្រុង អាទែន (Athens) រដ្ឋធានី នៃប្រទេសក្រិក (Greece)។ ប្រទេសក្រិក នេះ ស្ថិតនៅប៉ែកខាងត្បូង នៃទ្វីបអឺរ៉ុប។ អង្គការ ALDE មានតំណាងរាស្ត្រជាង ១០០ នាក់ នៅសភាអឺរ៉ុប ហើយតែងតែគាំទ្រកម្លាំងប្រជាធិបតេយ្យនៅកម្ពុជា មានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ជាដើម។

(*) Sam Rainsy has been invited to attend the 40th Congress of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) which is taking place in Athens, Greece, on 25-26 October 2019. ALDE is close to over 100 Members of the European Parliament and has always supported the democratic forces in Cambodia including the CNRP.
