មានតែទាសករទេ ដែលចង់បាន "សន្តិភាព ផ្នូរខ្មោច" ដូច ហ៊ុន សែន បានរៀបចំ។ មិនអាចមានសន្តិភាពពិតប្រាកដទេ បើគ្មានយុត្តិធម៌ គ្មានសេរីភាព និងគ្មានសន្តិសុខផ្លូវច្បាប់ ផ្លូវរាងកាយ និងផ្លូវចិត្ត សម្រាប់ពលរដ្ឋគ្រប់រូប។
សន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខពិតប្រាកដ មិនអាចមានជារូបរាងបានទេ ក្រោមរបប ហ៊ុន សែន ដែលជារបបផ្តាច់ការ ហិង្សា ពុករលួយ និងអយុត្តិធម៌។
(*) Only slaves might appreciate the "peace of the cemetery" as proposed by Hun Sen. There can be no real peace without justice, freedom, judicial, physical and mental security for everybody.
Real peace and security for Cambodians remains out of reach under the current authoritarian, violent, corrupt and unjust Hun Sen regime.
In present Cambodia "peace" is only the product of terror and fear. It is the silence of cemeteries. It is the silent result of violent repression (this last thought was inspired by Archbishop Oscar Romero).
