They have shown that as they seek to shape their lives through political choices, their visions for the future of their societies have been more important than ethnicity and nationalism. / Après les récentes élections à Hong Kong et à Taiwan, je voudrais exprimer mon admiration pour les démocrates chinois qui ont montré que dans leurs choix politiques qui sont des choix de vie, l'idéal sociétal dépasse l'ethnicité et le nationalisme.
