ហ៊ុន សែន គ្រប់គ្រងស្ថានការណ៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ច លែងបានហើយ ដោយសារតែគាត់ជាមនុស្សអវិជ្ជា និងគ្មានសមត្ថភាព ថែមទាំងមហាសែនពុករលួយថែមទៀត។ សូមកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធស្នេហាជាតិ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលស្រលាញ់លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ សេរីភាព និងយុត្តិធម៌ ក្រោកឈរទាំងអស់គ្នា ប្រឆាំងរបបក្បត់ជាតិសព្វថ្ងៃ ដើម្បីបង្ខំឲ្យ ហ៊ុន សែន ចុះចេញពីតំណែង។
The economic situation is out of Hun Sen's control because of his lack of education and his incompetence, combined with his corruption-based style of government. The patriotic armed forces must support the population who want democracy, freedom and justice. This means putting an end to the current traitorous regime and forcing Hun Sen to step down.
