ហ៊ុន សែន ធ្លាក់ចូលក្នុងអន្ទាក់ខ្ញុំហើយ ! គាត់បានប្តឹងខ្ញុំពីបទបរិហាកេរ្តិ៍ នៅចំពោះមុខតុលាការ ប្រទេសបារាំង។ ធ្វើដូច្នេះ គាត់ផ្តល់ឱកាសមាសដ៏កម្រឲ្យខ្ញុំ ដើម្បីលាតត្រដាងអំពើឧក្រិដ្ឋរបស់គាត់ និងក្រុមគ្រួសារគាត់ នៅចំពោះមុខតុលាការឯករាជ្យមួយ ជាលើកទី១ ៖ អំពើភេរវកម្មគប់គ្រាប់បែកដៃ នៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃ ៣០ មីនា ១៩៩៧, ការលួចសម្លាប់អ្នកស្រី ពិសិដ្ឋ ពីលិកា ដែលជាស្រីកំណាន់របស់គាត់ ពីសំណាក់ភរិយាគាត់ ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ដោយមានការយល់ព្រមពីគាត់ កាលពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៩, ការធ្វើឃាតមកលើលោក ជា វិជ្ជា ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០០៤, ការធ្វើឃាត មកលើលោក ឈុត វុទ្ធី ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០១២, ការធ្វើឃាតមកលើលោក កែម ឡី ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០១៦ ។ល។ តាមការពិត ពាក្យបណ្តឹងរបស់ ហ៊ុន សែន នេះ នាំមកនូវក្តីសង្ឃឹមឲ្យយើងវិញទេ ក្នុងការតស៊ូរបស់យើង ដើម្បីបញ្ចប់និទណ្ឌភាព នៅកម្ពុជា។

By lodging a defamation complaint against me before the French courts, he gives me a golden opportunity to expose his crimes before an independent tribunal for the first time ever: the 30 March 1997 grenade attack in Phnom Penh, the murder with his consent of his mistress Piseth Pilika by his wife Bun Rany in 1999, the assassination of Chea Vichea in 2004, the murder of Chhut Vuthy in 2012, the killing of Kem Ley in 2016, etc. Finally a ray of hope to end the impunity that rules in Cambodia!
(**) Hun Sen est tombé dans mon piège! En portant plainte contre moi, pour diffamation, devant un tribunal français, il me donne une occasion en or de dénoncer ses crimes pour la première fois devant un tribunal indépendant: l'attaque à la grenade à Phnom Penh le 30 mars 1997, le meurtre avec son consentement de sa maîtresse Piseth Pilika par sa femme Bun Rany en 1999, l'assassinat du chef syndicaliste Chea Vichea en 2004, le meurtre du défenseur de l'environnement Chhut Vuthy en 2012, l'assassinat du politologue Kem Ley trop critique à son égard en 2016, etc.
Enfin une lueur d'espoir dans notre combat pour mettre fin à l'impunité au Cambodge!
