(*) This video is evidence that Hun Sen has allowed an aggressive China to build military facilities in Cambodia, thus further threatening neighbouring countries. Such a decision is a violation of both Cambodia's Constitution and the 1991 Paris Peace Agreements, which compel Cambodia to maintain a stance of strict neutrality.​
