សម្រាប់អ្នកប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ នៅស្រុកខ្មែរ ម្រាមដៃ ៣ មានន័យថា ៖

១- អនុវត្តន៍កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង សន្តិភាព ទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ឆ្មាំ ១៩៩១ ឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ

២- គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដំណើរការឡើងវិញ

៣- រៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតឡើងវិញ ដោយចំហ សេរី និងយុត្តធម៌ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីគ្រប់គណបក្ស។

(*) For Cambodian democrats the three-finger salute means:

1- Correct implementation of the 1991 Paris Peace Accords

2- Reinstatement of the CNRP

3- Open, free and fair elections with the participation of all political parties.
