នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០០៩ សមាជិកសភាមកពីគណបក្ស សម រង្ស៊ី ដឹកនាំដោយលោក សម រង្ស៊ី បានជួយកសិករខ្មែរ ដែលរងគ្រោះដោយសារការរំលោភយកដីធ្លីនៅតាមបណ្ដោយព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសវៀតណាម ដោយបានដកចោលនូវបង្គោលឈ្លានពានរបស់វៀតណាម នៅភូមិកោះក្បាន ភូមិសំរោង ស្រុកចន្ទ្រា ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង។

SRP National Assembly members​ lead by Sam Rainsy, helping Cambodian farmers who are victims of land grabbing along the border with Vietnam​ by uprooting of a fake border post planted by the Vietnamese authorithies in Koh Kban village, Sam Raong commune, Chantrea district, Sway Reang province.
