This ruling reflects the deep-rooted corruption and lack of independence within the judicial system, which has been exploited to silence and intimidate the Cambodian people. However, we must remain steadfast in our commitment to justice. When the Hun Sen regime comes to an end, we will ensure accountability for those who have misused the courts as instruments of oppression. A future independent judiciary, built on the principles of fairness and rule of law, will deliver true justice to all victims.
