ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាទំនាស់ព្រំដែនរវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និង ប្រទេសថៃបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ រដ្ឋាភិបាលភ្នំពេញ ត្រូវស្នើសហប្រធាននៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទីក្រុងប៉ារីស៍ ឲ្យកោះប្រជុំសន្និសីទទីក្រុងប៉ារីស៍ជាបន្ទាន់

ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាទំនាស់ព្រំដែនរវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និង ប្រទេសថៃបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ រដ្ឋាភិបាលភ្នំពេញ ត្រូវស្នើសហប្រធាននៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទីក្រុងប៉ារីស៍ ឲ្យកោះប្រជុំសន្និសីទទីក្រុងប៉ារីស៍ជាបន្ទាន់ ពីព្រោះទាំងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ និង ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋថៃ យើងមិនត្រូវការធ្វើសង្គ្រាមបង្ហូរឈាមសម្លាប់គ្នាទេ ហើយមិនត្រូវមានការទាស់គ្នាធ្វើខូចផលប្រយោជន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៃប្រជាពលរដ្ឋប្រទេសទាំងពីរឡើយ។ ពលរដ្ឋជាតិសាសន៍ទាំងពីរ ត្រូវការចំណងទាក់ទងគ្នា ដោយសន្តិភាពនិងផ្ដល់ប្រយោជន៍ឲ្យគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។ លើសពីនេះទៀត រដ្ឋាភិបាលភ្នំពេញត្រូវចេះអាណិតអាសូរបងប្អូនពលករខ្មែរប្រមាណ២លាននាក់ ដែលកំពុងធ្វើការនៅក្នុងប្រទេសថៃ និងកំពុងតែរងសម្ពាធខ្លាំងណាស់ពីជម្លោះនេះ។ ពួកគាត់ត្រូវការដំណោះស្រាយដោយសន្តិវិធី និង តាមយន្តការកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទីក្រុងប៉ារីស៍ ដើម្បីសេចក្ដីសុខនិងមានការងារចិញ្ចឹមគ្រួសារសងបំណុល។ ដូច្នេះ រដ្ឋាភិបាលភ្នំពេញត្រូវស្នើសហប្រធាននៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទីក្រុងប៉ារីស៍ ឲ្យកោះប្រជុំសន្និសិទទីក្រុងប៉ារីស៍ ជាបន្ទាន់ ដើម្បីបញ្ចប់ជម្លោះតាមសេចក្ដីប្រាថ្នា នៃពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរនិងពលរដ្ឋថៃ៕

In this moment of grave national concern, I call upon the Phnom Penh government to act with urgency and resolve. The border dispute with Thailand must not be allowed to escalate into bloodshed. Our people and the people of Thailand, do not want war. We want peace, stability, and prosperity.

That is why I urge the government to formally request the co-chairs of the Paris Peace Agreements to convene an emergency Paris Conference. We must return to the international framework that brought peace to our nation, and use that same mechanism now to prevent a devastating conflict that would harm the lives and livelihoods of millions on both sides of the border.

Let us also not forget the nearly 2 million Cambodian workers in Thailand. They are among the most vulnerable victims of this crisis. They work hard to support their families, repay their debts, and build a better future. They deserve protection, not peril. They need peace, not political games.

This is a time for leadership. A time for compassion. A time for action.

Therefore, in the name of peace, in the name of the people, and in the spirit of regional solidarity, I call on the Phnom Penh government to immediately seek the convening of an urgent Paris Conference, so that this conflict may be resolved peacefully, lawfully, and in accordance with the will of both the Cambodian and Thai people.
