Sam Rainsy urges the Thai people not to blame Cambodian workers living in Thailand because they are also victims who cannot survive under the Hun Sen regime.

"Mr. Sam Rainsy, opposition leader in Cambodia, sent a message to Thai people urging them not to blame Cambodian workers because they are all victims of the Hun Sen regime as well."
