របាយការណ៍​សហភាពអឺរ៉ុប លើវិធានការ ដកការអនុគ្រោះពន្ធ EBA ពីកម្ពុជា​ / Preliminary report of the European Commission on the withdrawal of EBA for Cambodia

សេចក្ដីសន្និដ្ឋាននៃរបាយការណ៍ ៖ រដ្ឋាភិបាល​កម្ពុជាប្រកាសថាបានគោរព​ សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស​ និងសិទ្ធិការងារ ​ហើយ​ថានឹងចាត់វិធានការណ៌​ លុបបំបាត់បញ្ហាដែលនៅសេះសល់​ ចំណែក​ឯសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប យល់ថា​ ថ្វីបើ​មានការកែលំអខ្លះក្ដី​ រដ្ឋាភិបាល​កម្ពុជា នៅតែមានការរំលោភបំពានយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ​និងជាលក្ខណៈប្រព័ន្ធ លើកតិកាសញ្ញា ស្ដីពី សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស​ និងសិទ្ធិការងារ។
សហភាព​អឺរ៉ុប​ ទុកពេលឲ្យកម្ពុជាមួយខែ ដើម្បីឆ្លើយយតបនឹងរបាយការណ៍នេះ។ 

Conclusion of the Report : The government of Cambodia stated that it has complied with the international covenants on human rights and labor rights and that will take measures to eliminate the remaining violations if any. The EU and the EEAS think that despite some improvement there still exists serious and systemic violations of the covenants on human rights and labor rights. 
In conclusion, the EU gives one month for the government to respond to this report.
