(*) This photo speaks volumes about the blind, unjust and inhuman character of political repression in Hun Sen's Cambodia. According to the latest information, this handicapped political prisoner named Phun Yut, 32, living in Siem Reap province, who the authorities have accused of rebellion and treason, has still not been released despite the European Union request to Hun Sen to immediately release all political prisoners.
Mr. Phun Yut was arrested because he said he didn't like Hun Sen and would welcome Sam Rainsy.
