នេះជាភស្តុតាង ដែលបង្ហាញថា សម រង្ស៊ី មានទំនាក់ទំនង យ៉ាងស្និទ្ធស្នាល ជាមួយអង្គការអាមេរិកាំង ធំៗ មួយចំនួន ដូចជា NED, IRI និង NDI តាំងពីយូរឆ្នាំមកហើយ ដើម្បីនាំមកនូវលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ នៅកម្ពុជា។ ហេតុអ្វីបានជា ហ៊ុន សែន មិនចោទប្រកាន់ សម រង្ស៊ី ពីបទក្បត់ជាតិ ដូច កឹម សុខា ផងដែរទៅ? កឹម សុខា នឹងត្រូវគេកាត់ទោស តាមរបៀបលេងសើច នៅថ្ងៃ ១៥ មករា ២០២០ ខាងមុខនេះហើយ។

There is no serious evidence against Kem Sokha for Hun Sen to accuse the opposition leader of "treason."

Sam Rainsy as President of the Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) from 1998 to 2013 and President of the Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) from 2013 to 2017 (when Kem Sokha was Vice President), wants to demonstrate the absurdity of the claims being made against himself, Kem Sokha and the CNRP.

The following documents are "evidence" of Sam Rainsy "colluding" with U.S. pro-democracy organisations to commit "treason," in line with Hun Sen's accusation against Kem Sokha, who will be tried for this ludicrous charge on 15 January 2020.

As a matter of fact, for any informed and serious person, the "evidence" doesn't hold to support any "treason" or any other criminal charge.

The only option for a serious resolution of the Kem Sokha’s case and the only way to start the needed process aimed at restoring democracy in Cambodia, is for the Hun Sen regime to drop all the trumped-up charges against Kem Sokha and all CNRP officials.
