លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ត្រូវតែនាំលោកប្រធានាធិបតីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក Donald Trump និងលោកស្រីអធិការបតីអាល្លឺម៉ង់ (Chancellor) Angela Merkel មកកាត់ទោសជាមួយនឹងលោក កឹម សុខា ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃ ១៥ មករា ២០២០ ពីព្រោះមានស្ថាប័នសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងប្រទេសអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ដ៏សំខាន់ៗ ដែលបានជួយគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ និងលោក កឹម សុខា ក្នុងសកម្មភាពមួយចំនួន ដែលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានចោទថាជាសន្និដ្ឋិភាព ឬការសមគំនិត ជាមួយបរទេស ដើម្បីរៀបចំឲ្យមានបដិវត្តន៍ពណ៌ ផ្តួលរំលំរបបទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញសព្វថ្ងៃ។ / (*) Starting 15 January 2020 Hun Sen must bring to trial US President Donald Trump and German Chancellor Angela Merkel along with Cambodian opposition leader Kem Sokha because there are many important US and German institutions (IRI, NDI, Konrad Adenauer Fondation, ...) which have helped the CNRP and Kem Sokha to conduct "criminal" activities in Cambodia. Those activities in the field of education and democracy training are considered by Hun Sen as part of a "collusion with foreigners to stage a colour revolution" to topple the current Phnom Penh regime, therefore constituting "treason."
