សេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ / CNRP statement

ដើម្បីជៀសវាងកុំឲ្យកម្មករ កម្មការរិនីខ្មែរ និងក្រុមគ្រួសារររាប់លាននាក់ រងគ្រោះដោយសារតែកំហុសរបស់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរទាំងមូលត្រូវតែទាមទារឲ្យមានដំណោះស្រាយជាជំហានៗដូចតទៅ៖ 

១- បើកការចរចាជាមួយសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ដើម្បីរក្សាប្រព័ន្ធអនុគ្រោះពន្ធ EBA ទាំងស្រុង​។​ ក្នុងបំណងនេះ ត្រូវតែទម្លាក់ចោលការចោទប្រកាន់មកលើលោក កឹម សុខា និងបើកផ្លូវឲ្យគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិដំណើរការឡើងវិញ ។
២- រឹបអូសទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនខិលខូចទាំងឡាយ និងទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំពុករលួយ ដែលបានបំផ្លាញជាតិ លក់ជាតិ និងប្លន់ជាតិ ដើម្បីយកមកធានាការបើកប្រាក់ខែឲ្យបានពេញលេញ (១០០% នៃចំនួនដើម) ជូនដល់កម្មករ កម្មការរិនី គ្រប់រូបនៅពេលស្ដារសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឡើងវិញ ប្រកបដោយបញ្ញាញាណ ។ 
៣- លុបចោល ឬកាត់បន្ថយបំណុលរបស់កម្មករ កម្មការរិនី ចំពោះធនាគារ និងគ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុទាំងឡាយ ដែលបានកេងប្រវ័ញ្ចប្រជារាស្ត្រក្រីក្រច្រើនឆ្នាំមកហើយ ៕

In order to help alleviate the suffering of hundreds of thousands of workers and their families due to the Hun Sen’s hazardous and incompetent policies, our people should demand the following steps be taken :
- Open negotiations with the European Union with the aim of keeping the EBA preferences scheme. This requires the Phnom Penh authorities drop charges on and free Mr. Kem Sokha and rescind the dissolution of the CNRP. 
- Seize the properties of corrupt companies and officials in order to compensate  100% for the loss of salaries of the workers while waiting for the economic recovery that will be achieved through a clear-sighted policy. 
- Reduce or in some cases abrogate debts of workers from micro finance loan sharks institutions that have been profiteering from poor workers for already so many years.
