សហគមន៍អាស៊ាន បានចាត់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឲ្យធ្វើជាតំណាងពិសេសរបស់ខ្លួន ឲ្យទៅចរចា ជាមួយលោក Min Aung Hlaing ដើម្បីរកដំណោះស្រាយ វិបត្តិនយោបាយ នៅប្រទេសភូមា

- ហ៊ុន សែន ៖ ក្នុងនាមសហគមន៍អាស៊ាន ដែលចង់ឃើញលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ដំណើរការឡើងវិញ នៅប្រទេសភូមា ខ្ញុំសូមឲ្យលោក Min Aung Hlaing ដោះលែងលោកស្រី អ៊ុង សាន ស៊ូជី (Aung San Suu Kyi) ជាបន្ទាន់ ហើយទម្លាក់ចោលការចោទប្រកាន់ទាំងអស់ មកលើរូបលោកស្រី អ៊ុង សាន ស៊ូជី នេះ។

- Min Aung Hlaing ៖ តើលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឯង មានបានដោះលែងលោក កឹម សុខា ហើយទម្លាក់ចោលការចោទប្រកាន់ទាំងអស់មកលើរូបលោក កឹម សុខា នេះ ហើយឬនៅ? លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឯង កុំដាក់សំណើឆ្កួតៗបែបនេះឲ្យខ្ញុំ។

- ហ៊ុន សែន ៖ ខ្ញុំសូមឲ្យលោក Min Aung Hlaing ចៀសវាងកុំប្រកាសពីការរំលាយគណបក្ស "សម្ព័ន្ធភាពជាតិដើម្បីលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ" (NLD) ដឹកនាំដោយលោកស្រី អ៊ុង សាន ស៊ូជី ហើយដែលជាគណបក្សប្រឆាំងពិតប្រាកដ តែមួយគត់ នៅប្រទេសភូមា។

- Min Aung Hlaing ៖ តើហេតុអ្វីបានជាលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឯង បានប្រកាសរួចទៅហើយ ពីការរំលាយគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដែលជាគណបក្សប្រឆាំងពិតប្រាកដតែមួយគត់ នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា? លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឯង កុំដាក់សំណើឆ្កួតៗបែបនេះឲ្យខ្ញុំ។

- ហ៊ុន សែន ៖ ខ្ញុំសូមលោក Min Aung Hlaing ចៀសវាងកុំប្រកាសពីការរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតណាមួយ នៅថ្ងៃមុខ ដែលមិនមានការចូលរួម ពីគណបក្សសម្ព័ន្ធភាពជាតិដើម្បីលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ (NLD) ផងដែរ។

- Min Aung Hlaing ៖ តើហេតុអ្វីបានជាលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឯង បានរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតមួយរួចទៅហើយ ដែលមិនមានការចូលរួមពីគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិផងដែរ? លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឯង កុំដាក់សំណើឆ្កួតៗបែបនេះឲ្យខ្ញុំ។

(*) Conversation between Hun Sen and Min Aung Hlaing

ASEAN has appointed Hun Sen as its Special Envoy to hold talks with Min Aung Hlaing, head of the Burmese military regime, in order to find a solution to the current political crisis in Myanmar.

- Hun Sen: On behalf of ASEAN which hopes to revive democracy in Myanmar, I ask you to immediately release Aung San Suu Kyi and to drop all charges against her.

- Min Aung Hlaing: How about you release the Cambodian opposition leader Kem Sokha and drop all charges against him first?

- Hun Sen: On behalf of ASEAN I ask you not to dissolve the National League for Democracy led by Aung San Suu Kyi, which is the only credible opposition party in Myanmar.

- Min Aung Hlaing:  But you dissolved the CNRP led by Kem Sokha which is the only credible opposition party in Cambodia!

- Hun Sen: On behalf of ASEAN I ask you not to organise any controversial election without the participation of the National League for Democracy.

- Min Aung Hlaing: But you had elections without the participation of the CNRP! In fact that was what gave us the idea!
