It shows Cambodian opposition leader Sam Rainsy leading a demonstration in Phnom Penh to protest against the visit of Burma's dictator Than Shwe to Cambodia on 17 October 1996.

Sam Rainsy: "The Burmese military delegation is not welcome in Cambodia as long as there is no democracy in Burma and as long as Aung San Suu Kyi does not have freedom of movement."
